Eagle Vision extends its sovereign surveillance technology beyond personnel to deliver precision asset tracking across vast construction and industrial sites—without relying on GPS or individual SIM cards.

In complex environments like oil refineries, metro projects, or defence installations, tracking manpower, forklifts, and material convoys is critical yet problematic. Traditional GPS fails indoors and drains battery; SIM-based trackers incur recurring costs and create cybersecurity vulnerabilities. Our solution deploys a private LoRaWAN mesh network with strategically positioned, fixed gateways across the site. Each gateway covers a 2km radius, creating overlapping zones for triangulation.

How It Works: Supervisors wear lightweight Eagle Vision body-worn scanners (derived from our camera platform but optimized for RFID/NFC and low-power wide-area transmission). Every asset—workers, equipment, tankers—carries a tamper-proof, battery-efficient tag broadcasting a unique encrypted ID. When a tag enters a gateway's range, the gateway logs its ID, calculates proximity-based location within 3-5 meters, timestamps the event, and transmits this data via a single, secure backhaul connection to our central dashboard. No GPS chip. No cellular module. No foreign network dependency.

The unified dashboard displays real-time location heatmaps, asset utilization rates, and movement histories. Geofencing alerts trigger instantly if a fuel tanker enters a restricted zone or if a worker remains in a hazardous area beyond safe limits. During shift changes, automated attendance verification occurs as tags pass exit gateways—eliminating manual timekeeping fraud.

Security hardened: All tag-to-gateway communication uses AES-256 encryption with rotating keys, preventing spoofing. The system operates on a dedicated, air-gapped frequency band, immune to external interference. Data resides on sovereign servers, ensuring compliance with site security clearances.

This is infrastructure-scale asset intelligence through a single-dashboard, zero-SIM architecture—delivering location certainty, operational efficiency, and cybersecurity in environments where traditional tracking cannot operate.
